The Sears Home Warranty/Cross Country/A & E, etc., etc. is more awful than I would ever think. A service repairman suggested I purchase it. Boy, was I stupid - would love to meet this person again! I never ever would think a warranty repair service that I pay 49$ a...

Cross Country Home Services - Worst Company in Warranty Repairs

This company does not care about customers just money. I tried to cancel this policy and remove the add-on appliances but they refused to allow this. In fact they keep billing me and do not answer my calls or emails. Their excuse was they can't make any corrections or changes to my account or cancel it since I have a few months remaining on my contract. They insisted that I would still have to pay monthly and penalties for cancelling early or they would report me to Credit Bureaus. When I did place a claim early on, they assigned a provider who does not service my area and I couldn't reach them to address this issue. This is a nightmare of a company.
