Cross Country Home Services - HORRIBLE

Sent company out to repair Range 2 weeks before Thanksgiving & they never returned to fix it. Had to buy a new range the day before Thanksgiving. So, I cancelled service & asked for a refund & they agreed after I had to send them my copy of my receipt that I bought a new range. Now over a month & I called back & was told I wouldn’t be getting the amount promised.
