This warranty company is totally unprofessional and a disgrace. My 79 year old mother has not had a refrigerator since 9/17/18.
She has been living out of a cooler, has lost so much food, & can't even get a cold drink because she has no ice!! She is partially disabled with heart issues & this stress is not helping. They have sent repair people out 7 times with 5 different parts & cannot fix it. She was told on 10/28/18 (FINALLY!!!!) that it was not fixable & the repair company would authorize the replacement.
Well guess what? NOTHING YET!!! As of today, 11/5/18, they told her they were sending yet another repair person to "definitely" deem it not fixable!! The repair company they used is not that great either but that's for another day.
This is absolutely ridiculous & if she does not have a new refrigerator in a week I am reporting you to the Attorney General of the State of PA, the Better Business Bureau, calling all of our local news stations & possibly hiring an attorney. This is bordering on elder abuse & I would not treat an animal as bad as you have treated my mother. You are quick to take the money out of her account each month but when it's time to honor your obligation you are nowhere to be found.
Own up & take the responsibility you are supposed to & replace my mother's refrigerator!!!! Enough is enough of these games.
