I have been without a wall oven since July. Technician replaced same part twice still did not work.
Finally, Cross Country decided to order new wall oven. Took several weeks to arrange this; I kept calling and calling. Every person I spoke with told me something different. Last week the service provider called to schedule a delivery date (said there were two ovens ordered???) Today the day before Thanksgiving oven was delivered.
Too small; this was after several phone calls where Cross Country assured me it would fit. My largest pan (for my turkey) will not fit in oven. Just called again and they said they would charge me 25% of the total cost to pick up and replace.
What? Not Turkey this year except CC is a 'turkey' company.
