Cross Country Home Services - Worst Company in Warranty Repairs

This company does not care about customers just money. I tried to cancel this policy and remove the add-on appliances but they refused to allow this. In fact they keep billing me and do not answer my calls or emails. Their excuse was they can't make any corrections or changes to my account or cancel it since I have a few months remaining on my contract. They insisted that I would still have to pay monthly and penalties for cancelling early or they would report me to Credit Bureaus. When I did place a claim early on, they assigned a provider who does not service my area and I couldn't reach them to address this issue. This is a nightmare of a company.

Cross Country Home Services - Inconvenienced- offer to resolve an insult

Paid Premium plan for more than 12 years with only three claims. Call for a washing machine repair 5/23 which was then contracted with Sears. Took 2 days off from work for two different service calls. Parts came but were wrong. Called requesting replacement of washing machine since they haven't been able to fix it and new parts not expected until 6/16. For inconvenience and resolve Case Management in the President's office can only offer me $157.22.
