My air conditioner failed on 8/2/16. A call was made to Cross Country Home Services. It's 9/8/16 and I still don't have air conditioning. We have gone through a heat wave in the Midwest. Our company was "SystemProtect Home Service Plan, but it's the same company. I see NOT ONE positive review, but even if I'd looked, I wouldn't have found these since SPHSP didn't come up.
