My air conditioner failed on 8/2/16. A call was made to Cross Country Home Services. It's 9/8/16 and I still don't have air conditioning. We have gone through a heat wave in the Midwest. Every call to CCHS requires 24 to 48 hours for a response. That equals 48 to 96 hours. Every call recalls a recap of all of the info previously discussed. i called almost a month ago have my ac not cooling.I enrolled in the plan through TXU energy,after 5 days recd the call that ac tech will come and check my ac.i live in houston and service guy was coming from dallas,any way got call from the ac company they contract PML AC INC that I have to pay $1500 out of pocket to replace the evaporator coil.My unit is TRANE and they will replace with another brand of coil and had to do modifications i am...

Our company was "SystemProtect Home Service Plan, but it's the same company. I see NOT ONE positive review, but even if I'd looked, I wouldn't have found these since SPHSP didn't come up. We had as bad an experience as all of these people have written about.
